I received this email today from Google. Now, adding Google Forms into your Google Classroom is easier and more convenient! See below:
Hello there, Today the Google Classroom team announced that Google Forms is now integrated with Google Classroom. You can attach a From to an assignment using the Google Drive icon. Students will be sent to the live form. When students submit the form, the assignment will automatically be marked as done. Teachers get a side link in the assignment to the Responses Sheet for easy access. This feature was highly requested from teachers like you. If you have a feature request, click the question mark ? in the bottom corner of Google Classroom and send it as feedback. Thanks for using Google Classroom. The Classroom Experts Team This may be one of my favorite features yet! Google Classroom now lets you pose a "question" to your class and tracks who has responded! Students can even respond to other students. What a great discussion forum!
In addition, Google Calendars now connects with Classroom, you can bump posts up to the top of the timeline, and soon, Forms can be directly embedded!! View this article now to read more details! Now is your chance to bring Google Classroom to your class!Until recently, Google Classroom has only allowed you to add students from the same domain, which was not possible for us to do. Last year, we got creative and gave teachers student accounts so they could explore this amazing feature of Google.
Now, you can all jump aboard without any hassles!! Want to see what the buzz is all about? Ask your building media specialist to show you the ropes or check out these tutorial videos! Google Classroom How To's New Features of Google Classroom |
